Impact College of Law (ICL) has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) POSH Act, 2013 to actively promote a cultural of respect and equality, sensitizing employees about the importance of upholding the dignity of women.
The internal complaints committee of ICL would be responsible for fair and impartial investigation of complaints, conducting enquiries while maintaining the confidentiality of complainant and witnesses and recommending appropriate action for the redressal of complaints effectively and sensitively. Also, the committee would be playing a robust role in preventing sexual harassment by raising awareness, developing policies and conducting gender sensitization programme, and providing training.

In compliance with the directives of the Bar Council of India, Impact College of Law has established a Student Grievance Redressal Committee. The primary objectives of this committee are:
1. To receive and address the complaints of students concerning academics, administrative, and infrastructure matters.
2. To provide impartial and effective resolutions to grievances after careful analysis.
3. To encourage students to express their concerns freely and without fear, prejudice, or bias.

In consonance with Bar Council of India (BCI), Impact College of Law (ICL) has established Moot Court Society with the specific objectives. Primary objectives of Moot Court Society are being enumerated below:
1. Promoting Mooting Culture to encourage law students to attend Moot Court competitions and develop advocacy skills
2. Skill development to improve research, oral advocacy and legal drafting skills
3. Networking to facilitate interaction among students, faculties and legal professionals
Above and beyond, Moot Court Society will organize activities including Intra-College Moot Court Competition, Inter-College Competition and workshop and training session to spruce up the talents of students, gain experience and exposure along with enhancing their mooting skills and expanding knowledge.
